Hima-Sella is an independent market specialist, designing and supplying integrated safety, control and automation systems.  In 2001, Hima-Sella was awarded the first ever CASS certificate (CASS00001), from SIRA, for compliance with IEC61508 Functional Safety Management and our Quality Management System has been approved to BS EN ISO 9000 since 1989.

Panel Build Capabilities

We provide a complete range of panel build solutions utilising over 7,500 sq ft of workshop space dedicated to the fabrication, production and testing of control panels. We design, build and deliver panels which range in size and complexity from the very small basic wall mounted variety to a much larger room size panel, and anything in between.  Alongside the range of standard panels Hima-Sella is equipped to provide a selection of hazardous area panels, which are suitable for use in areas with a high possibility of flammable dust or gas. These panels are manufactured from materials such as Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Cast Aluminium or Glass reinforced Polyester.

We use the following techniques for protection:-

• Intrinsically Safe – Eexia
• Explosion Proof - EExe or EExn
• Flame Proof - EExd
• Purged or Pressurised - EExp

Our panel build capability is complemented by a selection of control room equipment delivered in conjunction with product partners Eyevis UK, InTech and ProPlan.
