PVL, the UK distributor of Elettrotec Srl’s pressure switches, is warning British industry that copies of the Italian manufacturer’s landmark PMN design are being sold on the UK market. As a result, PVL is advising manufacturers to look for both the ‘made in Italy’ symbol and the Elettrotec trademark when buying a pressure switch that purports to be manufactured by Elettrotec.

WIKA has expanded its family of electronic pressure switches with a new product for sanitary applications.
The new PSA-31 is fitted with hygienic process connections and is therefore recommended, among other things, for applications in filling and packaging machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The instrument is extremely robust and the wetted parts are particularly easy to clean. The hygienic design of the pressure switch conforms to the 3-A standard 74-03.

Norbar Torque Tools has launched a new Multi Channel Lubro for regulating air pressure when using pneumatic torque multipliers and other pneumatic tools. This device allows the operator to undertake multiple applications without having to continually refer back to air pressure graphs and without then manually adjusting the pressure setting.
