Rota Val has recently undertaken a complete review of its popular and versatile PS Diverter Valve range to further enhance capability. Embodying patented features, the range is suitable for all types of conveying systems from high vacuum lean phase through to high pressure dense phase. The smooth swept diversion pipe has a constant cross sectional area and bore dimension making it particularly suitable for handling delicate products and products that tend to block easily.
The valves are ideal for hygienic use with food and pharmaceuticals and are manufactured to FDA guidelines and materials. Additional features that can be incorporated include easy clean assembly, pressurised housing to contain toxic materials and or gasses, and full CIP capability. Available in all popular sizes from 25mm to 150mm bore with non standard sizes available up to 250mm on request, and in two or three pipe outlet configurations.
