HI-BAR® Safety Screens

A new range of flange mount, HI-BAR® Safety Screens made entirely of MP35N nickel cobalt based alloy have been introduced by miniature component specialists LEE PRODUCTS. These safety screens are compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and are designed to offer exceptional corrosion resistance and extreme strength for challenging, harsh duty applications found in the oil and gas industries.

Their rugged, one piece design enables the screens to withstand pressure differentials up to 7500 psi without rupture. Also, their excellent resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking make them also suitable for other hostile environment applications, such as chemical and food processing, medical and marine industries.

They are available in 6 different flange sizes and 8 different hole sizes, ranging from 0.002” to 0.020” in diameter although custom designs are available to suit specific application requirements.
