Xylem Lowara UK will be exhibiting at the upcoming Renewables Roadshow to showcase its new high efficiency circulator pump, the Lowara Ecocirc.
The new pump can help reduce energy costs by up to 90% compared to traditional fixed three-speed pumps, delivering a payback period of 2-3 years.
Visitors to the stand will also be invited to participate in a series of timed challenges on both the Lowara Ecocirc and a traditional fixed speed pump, to demonstrate the Ecocirc’s advanced capabilities. The fastest plumber on the day will receive a Lowara Ecocirc pump & the fastest plumber overall over the Renewables Roadshows UK tour will receive an iPod touch.
The new Lowara Ecocirc boasts a unique shaftless spherical motor with only one moving part – the impeller. This allows the pump to deliver a consistent performance after any period of inactivity, whereas older pumps with common shafts may seize up if not used on a regular basis. Other features include: 32 bit microprocessor technology; a 360° rotation pump head and Xylem’s ‘anti-block’ technology which can drastically reduce blockages.
The Renewables Roadshow promotes innovative green and environmentally friendly products within the plumbing industry. It will take place in Coventry, Exeter, Harrogate, Glasgow, Manchester and London during September and October 2012.
