Deltapilot hydrostatic level transmitters

Deltapilot hydrostatic level transmitters

There are different design options for Deltapilot: the compact form is for mounting at the base of a vessel and the rod or rope style for top entry, lagoon or reservoir applications. The measuring sensor in the Deltapilot is the unique Contite cell which has been specially designed to operate in applications in warm environments with high levels of condensation. The 'condensate tight' Contite cell is hermetically sealed against the outside world guaranteeing long life, stability and reproducibility in these challenging applications even after SIP or CIP cleaning. Optionally the electronics housing can be mounted remotely from the sensor for those applications where the mounting position is not easily accessible or when the plant is regularly washed down as the sensor can be optionally rated to IP69K.

Promag electronic flowmeters

Promag electronic flowmeters

Magmeters can be used to measure all electrically conductive liquids (>1 µS/cm) with or without solids, e.g. water, wastewater, sludge, slurries, pastes, acids, alkalis, juices or fruit pulp. Used throughout industry, Magmeters are even robust enough to be used in mining. The principle is virtually independent of pressure, density, temperature and viscosity, with a large nominal diameter range from DN2 to DN2400 (1/12th” to 96”).  Promag flowmeters offer a high degree of measuring dependability and reproducibility, good long-term stability with no pressure losses and minimum outlay for maintenance and upkeep.

Promass Coriolis flowmeters

Promass Coriolis flowmeters

Coriolis flowmeters have the ability to measure several process variables – mass, density, temperature and viscosity - all at the same time. This opens up completely new perspectives in process control, quality assurance and plant protection. The measuring principle is independent of the physical fluid properties and offers very high measuring accuracy, typically ±0.05%  of rate. Virtually all fluids can be measured: cleaning agents and solvents, fuels, crude oil, vegetable oils, animal fats, latex, silicon oils, alcohol, fruit solutions, toothpaste, vinegar, ketchup, mayonnaise, most gases and liquefied gases. This principle is used in a huge range of industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, power, chemical, oil and gas, food, and also in custody transfer applications in general. With 11 sensor designs, Promass fits virtually all applications in pipe sizes from DN1 to DN350 (1/24th” to 14”).
