Tuthill’s ‘GlobalGear’ range of ATEX certified Process Gear Pumps offers many user-friendly features, with capacities up to 57m3/hr and ability to handle viscosities up to 220,000cst.

GlobalGear’s ‘Back Pull-Out’ facility and use of Standard Shafts (3 sizes Metric/Imperial across the range) aid field maintenance. Unique in line Seal Design accepts Cartridge, Gland Packing and Single or Double Mechanical Seals.

• The Back Pull-Out feature also helps to minimise inventory costs by permitting the stocking of just Drive Modules instead of complete pumps.

• “GlobalGear” features 90 & 180 Degree Port Options, which enable direct replacement for most Process Gear Pumps, including a choice of traditional or return to tank Relief Valve.

• A Robust design is built-in through choice of construction materials and component dimensions, ensuring reliability.

Tuthill’s ATEX certified ‘TechnaFlo’ Gear Pumps are magnetically coupled, self-priming precision units offering leak-free, non-pulsing delivery - ideal for Metering, Dosing and Blending applications. They are available in a variety of materials to suit different applications, including 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Titanium and Engineering Plastics making them suitable for applications demanding high temperature and chemical resistance. Handling capabilities range from as little as 1 ml/min to 38 l/min, differential pressure to 25Bar (system pressure 50Bar+) and viscosities from 0.3 to 50,000cps.
