The established range of Labfacility thermocouple and PRT sensors has been greatly enhanced to meet the needs of virtually any process. Standard configurations or custom made assemblies are offered in all of the widely used calibrations, type J,K,N,R,S and B. Depending on the choice of sensor type and sheath materials, temperature ratings of up to 1750oC are available with single or duplex elements.

H&B Sensors Limited started business in 1978 and from small beginnings has grown into one of the leading manufacturers of bespoke and standard Temperature Sensors and associated products.

 H&B Sensors are located in Bognor Regis in the south of England in a 17000 sq ft facility employing 30 people. The large majority of staff has been with the company for over 10 years with several staff putting in over 25 years service.

There is a vast array of knowledge within the company, with some staff having been in the Temperature Sensor business for over 40 years.

H&B continue to invest heavily in product development & the latest machinery and computers.

H&B Sensors are an ISO9000 approved company and were first certified back in the early 90’s.

A major growth area for the company has been in the Petro Chemical Industry and we have obtained ATEX Certification to EEXD Explosion Proof and EXIA Intrinsically Safe for our Temperature Sensors.

Our Design Engineers will take on nearly all requests for new products, not only temperature related but also in any related areas.

We have to date been involved in Level Switches, Level Transmitters, Moisture Sensors, Light Sensors and a multitude of Temperature products, including 30mtr long Sensors for Nuclear Power Stations around the UK.

H&B also sell Pressure Transmitters and Gauges etc to complement our range of in-house produced products.

Having just celebrated our 30 th Anniversary, we are looking forward to the next 30 years with a growth strategy to meet the demands of our growing number of customers but in line with the necessity to offer a rapid response both in quotation and the supply of products.

We offer an emergency service to old and new customers to enable them to keep to a minimum any down time caused by a breakdown.
