After joining Endress+Hauser as a Service Advisor over 13 years ago, Nigel now has responsibility for pre and post sales technical support for service contracts. This role involves working with the customer to understand their current situation and the subsequent development of service solutions to meet that customer’s business needs and objectives.
As a qualified Endress+Hauser auditor, Nigel also undertakes site wide analysis of the customer’s installed process assets to highlight areas of improvement and works with the customer to determine individual asset criticality, obsolescence, standardisation and maintenance relevance.
Phill McKieA graduate in electrical engineering and computer technology, Phill started working with Endress+Hauser over 13 years ago as an Internal Sales Engineer. He then moved into the role of Systems Engineer responsible for delivering a range of projects including energy management, inventory monitoring and process automation and control packages.
His most recent role is within the service department where he has been a Contract Manager for the last two years. In this role Phill enjoys working with customers to streamline their maintenance and calibration procedures by utilising cutting edge technologies to save customers time and money, whilst helping to maximise plant availability and improve operational efficiency.
