Achieve High Quality Component Cleaning By Efficiently Processing Used Rinsing Water

Listen to this article

More and more surface technology companies are challenging themselves to make their processes both cost-effective and high in quality

Proper, efficient rinsing water processing allows them to do just that. H2O GmbH will explain exactly how this works at the Oberflächentagen (‘Surface Days’) held by the Zentralverband  Oberflächentechnik (ZVO; Central Association of Surface Technology) at the Congress Centre in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, from 21 to 23 September 2016.

H2O’s VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems use patented technologies to produce crystal clear, reusable distillate. This distillate also meets the highest standards of quality, making it ideal for reuse in component cleaning processes.

Thomas Dotterweich, who has been working at H2O GmbH as an expert in zero liquid discharge production for over ten years, will give a talk about ‘High quality component cleaning through efficient used rinsing water processing’ at the forum on component cleaning (Thursday, 22 September, 1 pm, Saal Wetterstein+Waxenstein). He will explain the technical setup behind vacuum distillation and demonstrate how recycling improves rinsing water quality and allows users to save money by consuming fewer resources.

Further information on the topic of zero liquid discharge production will be available at H2O’s booth (number 38) at the event in front of the Saal Werdenfels hall. Information is also available on the company homepage at: www.h2o-de.com.
