Babcock Wanson UK Launches New Product Range Brochure Showcasing Multi-Solution Expertise

Babcock Wanson UK has announced the launch of a new product range brochure that presents a comprehensive overview of the Babcock Wanson Group’s extensive portfolio of industrial energy and environmental solutions. 

The publication demonstrates how sustained growth and targeted acquisitions have enabled the Group to evolve into a genuine multi-solution provider for today’s process industries.

With more than 100 years of engineering heritage, the Babcock Wanson Group has continually expanded its technical capabilities to meet changing industrial requirements. Recent additions to the Group include specialist companies in water treatment, air treatment and emission control, strengthening its ability to deliver integrated systems alongside core boiler and burner technologies. 

This approach allows customers to address energy efficiency, emissions reduction and resource recovery within a single coordinated framework.

The brochure outlines the full breadth of Babcock Wanson’s steam and heat generation solutions. These include fire-tube, water-tube, coil-type and hybrid steam boilers with capacities ranging from 250kg/h up to 150t/h. 

Thermal fluid heaters designed for precise and stable high-temperature process heating are also featured, alongside a comprehensive burner range offering high efficiency and ultra-low NOx emissions to support compliance with increasingly stringent environmental regulations.

Reflecting the growing focus on decarbonisation across UK industry, the brochure also details a complete electric boiler portfolio. This ranges from compact low-voltage immersion heater boilers, through to high-capacity electrode boilers capable of producing steam at pressures of up to 85 barg. Hybrid boiler systems are also highlighted, enabling flexible operation and seamless switching between conventional fuels and electricity as energy strategies evolve.

Beyond boilers and burners, the brochure presents an extensive range of environmental and process solutions. These include regenerative and recuperative thermal oxidisers for VOC and odour abatement, deodorising systems, solvent recovery technologies and advanced water treatment packages. Solutions such as softening, reverse osmosis, electrode ionisation and thermal degassing help improve plant efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
