Centrifugal Pump Specialist Appoints New Head of Engineering Services Water Sector

SPP Pumps, leading manufacturer and global supplier of centrifugal pumps and systems, has appointed John Morgan to lead its SPP Engineering Services Division in the water industry.

Morgan moves from a previous role in aftersales to focus solely on pump service and maintenance in water, where he will focus on the company’s excellence and experience in delivering solutions to Water Authority Teams, their Tier 1 suppliers and M&E providers.

He comments: “SPP’s Engineering Services division will continue to deliver the excellence and innovation that we are known for across the globe into the water sector; AMP 6 is changing the way the water industry works and we want to reinforce the efforts of our sales teams and service centres to deliver best practice and incomparable longevity and value throughout assets life cycle.”

Nick Hancock, Head of the company’s overall Engineering Services division, adds: “Our track record of solutions in the water industry has given us an enviable pedigree and a raft of expertise. John has a strong history with SPP and he was the perfect choice for this role. His goal will be to build relationships with both authorities and suppliers and to really strengthen our portfolio to deliver matchless solutions which lead the way in this new era for the water industry.”
