CFS OZONE GENERATORS

Triogen Ltd is the supplier for the UK and Ireland of the Ozonia Ozat® CFS Series of ozone generators.  The CFS range is Ozonia’s second generation development of generators for small to medium size ozone applications.

This low-cost range incorporates the same features as Ozonia’s larger units, such as AT (Advanced Technology) dielectrics and IGBT power electronics.  The units, which are supplied fully assembled and tested, have compact dimensions and produce high ozone concentrations at full load.  The equipment is constructed to a robust industrial standard, in conformity with CE regulations and in accordance with EN, IEC, ISO and SN design standards.  The range has demonstrated a high degree of reliability and a long service life and requires very little maintenance.
Four models are available – CFS-1, CFS-3, CFS-7 and CFS-14 – with production rates from 53 to 690 gO3/h at 10 wt% from oxygen (74 to 976 gO3/h at 6 wt%) and from 37 to 470 gO3/h at 3 wt% from dry air.
Ozone treatment offers a uniquely powerful disinfection and oxidation method for applications including:
