Chadwicks enter pharmaceutical packaging sector with PS9000 accreditation

The leading innovative producer of pre-cut lids and shrink-sleeves, Clondalkin Group company Chadwicks has further enhanced its quality assurance and industry leading standards with the PS9000 pharmaceutical accreditation now added to its existing BRC Version 4 certification (Grade A) and ISO 9001 accreditation.  The PS9000 accreditation underlines the unique reach of the Chadwicks packaging product and service offering. The Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare business comprises 17 production sites across Europe and North America, so Chadwicks taps right into world leading pharmaceutical sector capabilities.

Chadwicks has more than 50 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry and is a world-leader in pre-cut lid manufacture and a supplier of choice in shrink sleeve production.

Having long been associated with quality, reliability and innovation within the pre-cut lids sector and with several years experience in producing shrink sleeves, Chadwicks view this accreditation as the platform to build business in the highly demanding pharmaceutical market.

Part of the Flexible Packaging Division of the Clondalkin Group, Chadwicks works with its sister company Nyco, a shrink sleeve manufacturer based in Switzerland, to provide a joint service to multi-site European buyers, meaning Chadwicks, together with Nyco, can provide a wider range of print processes including UV flexo, gravure and offset litho.
