Diaphragm compressors and vacuum pumps
Widely regarded as the industry standard for water treatment applications, HIBLOW’s durable and reliable range of diaphragm compressors and vacuum pumps are designed for OEM medical applications such as air mattresses and blood pressure monitors, as well as other industrial, environmental and consumer-related applications. By applying advanced technology, the rugged design of the HIBLOW range also makes them ideal for continuous-use applications both indoors and out. With a maximum output up to 80 l/min and using less energy than a conventional light bulb, the company’s new three-model XP range is the world’s lightest and smallest linear pump which, despite its size, is powerful and perfect for water treatment applications.
HIBLOW’s HP series include HP40, HP60. HP80, HP100, HP120, HP150 and HP200 silent-running linear diaphragm pumps are designed to supply air for a wide range of applications including fish breeding, septic tanks, air injection, aeration and medical products. They feature low power consumption, dual insulation, dust trap filters and an optional 80 litre electric blower for waste water treatment applications.
The C5 and C15 series linear diaphragm pumps are designed for OEM applications such as air mats, medical blood pressure monitors, air bearings, OEM pumping, oxygen supply for fish breeding, burner air supply and scientific and chemical instruments. The 220/240v pumps are available with both 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies and offer flow rates from 6.5 to 17 l/min.
HIBLOW also offers a range of 12/24v DC supply and suction air pumps with air flow rates from -4.5 to +5.0 l/min.
