Safeware Quasar, the market leaders in GHS chemical compliance software solutions and consultancy services, is holding its bespoke training course on ‘EU Chemical Regulatory Compliance in a Nutshell’ at its purpose-built training facility in Nottingham on 30th March 2016.

The course requires no previous knowledge of the legislation itself, and is designed to provide an overview of the regulations that govern classification, labelling, packaging and the transportation of chemical products.  In addition, it provides the necessary relevant background knowledge to ensure compliance. Companies must comply with the ever increasing stringent regulations and integrate them into their business procedures.

The course is essential for all personnel involved in the following areas; creating SDSs; the transportation of dangerous goods; classification, labelling and packaging; hazard and any part of the supply chain of chemicals or dangerous goods.

Safeware Quasar’s chairman Simon Robinson says: “The course is an informative, introductory outline of key focal points of chemical regulatory compliance.  It is aimed at all companies required to have an understanding of the background and legal requirements involved in the handling of hazardous chemicals, ensuring a high level of regulatory compliance.”

The course starts at 9.30 hours and runs until around 13.00 hours and includes lunch. The fee for attending the training course is just £49 per person and car parking is free and onsite. Further course dates are to be announced and will be available online shortly.
