CSF pumps are manufactured in investment cast 316L stainless steel and are electro-polished as standard, so are ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) scavenge duties as they have no ‘dead areas’ which could result in product entrapment. They are available in single and two stage options with IEC motors fitted as standard.

The range comprises 7 models which are capable of handling flow rates ranging from 2 – 55 m3/hr (2000 to 55000 lit/hr) at heads up to 60 metres (6 bar). They can also be used on applications where liquids have entrained air or gas. End connection options include; DIN 11851, R/T, Triclamp, SMS, IDF/ISS flange. CSF offer a full range of ATEX approved versions in addition to the standard safe area pumps.

Typical applications for CSF-AS/ASH hygienic pumps include transferring syrups, sugar solutions, flavourings, salad washing, alcohols, beer, milk, oils, vinegar, fruit juices, high purity water, CIP solutions, suspensions, yeast and melted butter.
