ERIKS continues expansion programme with acquisition of US based CCD

ERIKS, the major international industrial service provider, is continuing its long term expansion programme, with the recent acquisition of the US-based Carolina Control Depot (CCD).  The acquisition was carried out through ERIKS’ wholly owned operating company Industrial Controls.

Located in North Carolina, CCD is a leading distributor of HVAC Controls, and will be integrated into Industrial Controls to serve the North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets.  CCD will complement Industrial Controls’ existing network of 18 branches and build upon the current instrumentation, valve and industrial component businesses in the Southeast US Region.  The addition of CCD will provide Industrial Controls with an exceptional platform to broaden its HVAC product offering and increase its customer base.
