FLOW SOLUTIONS LIQUID OR GAS SYSTEMS

ESE can offer a complete solution to flow requirements. From the simple flow sensor, indicating flow via a contact through to the flow controller and proportional control valves.

Body materials from plastics to all metals to meet corrosion specifications, pressures are good to 200 bars.
Flow controllers can regulate and control flow or provide safety shut down when a line ruptures.

The flow controllers feature a self contained design which can replace the flow sensor, controller and control valve into one unit. Accuracy is +/- 1.5% of set point with turn down ratios of 50:1.  Speed of response can be from milliseconds to 1-2 seconds, depending on the selected model. Set points can be done locally or via a remote signal.

Both standard and custom designed models are available to meet the design needs of the system.
