Fluid Transfer Unit Ensures Production Line Cleanliness

The new FTU080 is an essential piece of equipment for production line cleanliness. It transfers and filters oil, as well as monitoring the cleanliness of the fluid via the Inline Contamination Monitor (ICM) fitted to the back of the unit.

The ICM automatically measures and displays particulate contamination, moisture and temperature levels in various hydraulic fluids. The unit is fully automated for unmanned operation during test, and is also equipped for remote actuation.

The FTU080 is available from MP Filtri UK with the following specification:

• Flow rate up to 15 l/pm
• 80 litre tank capacity
• Electric Motor options: 110v, 240v & 415v
• Water Removal Canister option
• High dirt holding capacity – LMP430 filter, length 5, 10 micron, and a 250 micron strainer as standard
• Electronic cut out to prevent over filling of tank
• Inline Contamination Monitor (ICM) fitted as standard
