High-Performance Fluid Transfer and Connection Solutions for Data-Centre Cooling

Listen to this article

Dixon delivers reliable, high-performance fluid transfer and connection solutions specifically engineered for the evolving data-centre cooling market. Our products are designed to enhance durability, efficiency, and safety across both new data-centre builds and infrastructure upgrades.

From clamps and quick-connect couplings to fittings, valves, and hose assemblies, each component is engineered for long-term, flexible performance in mission-critical cooling systems. Our hose solutions are purpose-built to meet the demanding requirements of data-centre cooling and utility systems, providing flexibility, durability, and leak-resistant performance.

The range includes rubber, PVC, and stainless steel braided hoses, all designed to maintain consistent flow, pressure integrity, and system reliability in cooling and utility applications.

Dixon’s valve solutions are specifically designed for the critical demands of data-centre infrastructure, ensuring precise flow control, leak-free operation, and long-term reliability.

Whether for cooling loops or utility water systems, Dixon valves help maintain efficient circulation and protect sensitive equipment.

Manufactured from 304 and 316L stainless steel, our fittings portfolio includes sanitary weld ferrules, BSP threaded pipe fittings, King Crimp fittings, crimp stems, and ferrules.

Every component is built to ensure reliable fluid transfer and maintain system integrity across chilled water and glycol circuits. These fittings offer exceptional corrosion resistance and meet AS1528 and 3A standards.

Our comprehensive data-cooling portfolio also features a range of clamps engineered for secure, hygienic, and maintenance-friendly connections in mission-critical environments.

These clamps combine strength, corrosion resistance, and hygienic design to support operational efficiency and safety across chilled water loops, glycol circuits, and service water systems.

Beyond product innovation, Dixon is committed to advancing data-centre performance through collaboration. As an active participant in the Open Compute Project (OCP), a global initiative uniting leaders in data-centre design and infrastructure, Dixon works with industry innovators to advance open-source hardware and software, improving scalability, efficiency, and sustainability across the data-centre ecosystem.

Focused on managing intensive heat loads and supporting continuous operation, Dixon provides robust, purpose-built solutions that enable data-centre operators to maintain optimal thermal performance while protecting vital equipment.

Dixon will showcase its full portfolio of data-centre cooling and connection solutions at the Data Centre Global Expo in London this February. Visitors are invited to meet the team and explore the latest technologies at Stand 133.
