Lutz-Jesco GmbH, a global market leader in chemical dosing technology, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the FXM series of peristaltic metering pumps from Valmet. This acquisition broadens Lutz-Jesco's portfolio and reinforces its worldwide position in the industrial and municipal fluid handling marketplaces.

The FXM series, previously Flowrox and renowned for its dependability and ability to handle abrasive and viscous liquids, will be fully integrated into Lutz-Jesco's high-quality transfer and metering technology portfolio. The transaction involves all related technology, designs and intellectual property rights, ensuring a seamless integration and continued support for existing FXM customers.

We look forward to expanding the Lutz-Jesco portfolio with the addition of the FXM line,” said Heinz Lutz, president of Lutz-Jesco GmbH. “The addition gives us more lines of products and adds to our ability to meet challenging applications throughout markets such as water treatment, mining and chemical processing.”

President of Lutz-Jesco Americas and Global Strategy Head Dr Markus Seitenberg said: “The acquisition aligns with our strategic vision of delivering high-performance solutions with reliability. FXM pumps are a welcome addition to our portfolio of established efficiency and reliability for the most challenging environments.”

Lutz-Jesco will maintain uninterrupted product availability, technical support and service to FXM customers. It also plans to invest in further development of the FXM range through its engineering ability to facilitate continued innovation.

Valmet's divestment of the FXM line reflects a strategic focus on core operations in its flow control business, whereas Lutz-Jesco's acquisition showcases its commitment to growth and technological leadership in fluid handling.
