New Managing Director for Industrial Maintenance Leader

Brammer, a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products, has announced the appointment of Steve Ashmore to the position of Regional Managing Director – covering the company’s operations in the UK, Ireland and Iceland and effective Monday 4 April 2016.

Steve brings with him extensive experience of distribution and branch-based businesses thanks to his five years as Managing Director of Wolseley UK, the UK operating company of FTSE-100 Wolseley plc, which is a leading trade distributor of plumbing, heating and building products.

Having held various other board-level leadership roles including Managing Director posts at supply chain and third-party logistics provider Exel plc, Steve brings with him considerable operational and commercial expertise in international business.
