NEW 2 / 3 GEOMETRY ROTORS FROM NOV® MONO

Listen to this article

Helping to drive down the cost of pump maintenance, NOV® Mono®, Europe’s leading manufacturer of pumps, parts, grinders and screens, has further extended its Mono Universal Parts range of replacement wear parts for other manufacturers pumps to include competitively priced 2 / 3 geometry rotors.

2 / 3 geometry rotors allow an increase in flow capacity by up to one and a half times, without the need to increase the stator tube size.  Large savings are possible when using Mono Universal Parts, offering value for money and outstanding lead times with many items available for same day or next day dispatch.

Martyn Turner, Universal Parts Manager at NOV Mono, commented: “Spiraling maintenance and whole life costs are a major concern for engineers across the board, no matter what industry they work in. Our comprehensive range of Mono Universal Parts offer competitively priced, durable, high performance alternatives to other brands of PC pumps, and by adding   2 / 3 geometry rotors to the range, we are giving our customers an even more complete portfolio of PC pump parts.”

Manufactured by Mono, parts in the range attract the same warranties and guarantees as parts for the company’s own progressing cavity pumps. The new 2 / 3 geometry rotors are currently available for seepex®, Netsch® and Allweiler pumps, with plans to extend the range even further.

The full Mono Universal Parts range includes rotors, stators, coupling rods, shafts, pins/bushes, seals and drive train assemblies. Fully assembled rotating units are also available as part of the range, which helps to reduce operational expenditure by minimising assembly and installation time, as well as delivering cost savings, because the complete unit is purchased rather than individual components.
