New EP50 is ideal for batching and mixing

Procon Engineering’s latest EP50 MKll Batch & Process Controller presents a new dimension in industrial weighing instrumentation. The EP50 already has an impressive track record in weighing, belt-weighing and loss in weight applications world-wide.

The latest version boasts an impressive array of features designed to put the user firmly in control. The versatile graphics display, comprehensive menu features and alphanumeric key pad bring finger tip control to the batching process, allowing user-defined text and parameters to be entered. The user can carry out a range of menu operations via the menu keys, including recipe selection and method of recipe use. In addition the process sequence can be edited together with the input of any required delay set ups. 

The EP50 offers excellent application versatility and connectivity. It is ideal for a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic batching and mixing systems, where the precise control of multiple ingredients is essential. Almost limitless preset recipe formulations can be stored in the secure memory. The range of digital and analogue inputs and outputs provides the ultimate in control and the EP50 is compatible with PLCs and SCADA systems.
