NEW RANGE OF STAINLESS STEEL SPRAYBALLS FOR TANK CLEANING DUTIES

Axium Process, specialist stainless steel fabricators, now stock a new and comprehensive range of hygienic 316L stainless steel static sprayballs that are designed specifically for tank cleaning duties. The sprayballs, which are available with 360°, 180° upward, and 180° downward spray patterns are self draining and are capable of effectively distributing both water and cleaning solutions onto the internal surface area of tanks and vessels.

Available with material certification to BS EN 10204 3.1, Axium”s new range of sprayballs which are supplied with a retaining “D” Clip, are designed to fit OD tube from ¾ ” up to 2″, with ball diameters ranging from 1½” up to 3½“. Flow rates can be up to 16,000 litres per hour with spray hole sizes of 1.6mm.

The company specialises in customised sprayball assemblies and lances, and its engineers are on hand to offer advice on the best design for a given application as well as assist with flow rate calculations.

In addition to the supply of both static and rotating stainless steel sprayballs, Axium can also offer a wide range of ancillary components for tanks as well as provide a design and build service for CIP installations. The company is a specialist stainless steel fabricator and offers in-house machining, fabrication, polishing, orbital and manual welding.
