New software suite integrated within the Foxboro PAC System

Invensys Operations Management has released its Foxboro PAC Software suite. A part of the company’s InFusion Enterprise Control System, the new software extends its powerful programmable automation controller system leveraging proven ArchestrA open technology.

Product overview:
Integrated into the company’s Foxboro PAC System, the new software provides advanced, flexible and easy-to-use operator interface, reporting and plant modeling. Its primary components– Operations Server and Viewer HMI– are based on the company’s Wonderware InTouch and the Wonderware PAC Software so that it can be integrated with the company’s wide portfolio of ArchestrA System Platform products. A rich library of ArchestrA symbols is provided to facilitate on-time and right-the-first-time project delivery, helping to achieve operational excellence. The software also provides strong investment protection because it provides the benefits of the latest operating system and cyber security improvements without re-engineering costs.
