New UK and Ireland Manager for Vacuum Pump and Compressor Manufacturer

Vacuum pump and compressor manufacturer, Gardner Denver, has appointed Andrew Power as UK and Ireland Country Manager.

Andrew joins the company from Donaldson Filtration, where he spent the last eight years working as UK Sales Manager.

As the only company in the UK to offer both vacuum and pressure solutions, Gardner Denver can provide one point of contact for equipment sales and maintenance to help reduce overall cost of ownership. A key part of Andrew’s new role will be to advise on where savings can be realised in the use of air across a production site.

Commenting on the appointment, Colin Mander, Regional Director for Gardner Denver, said:

“I am pleased to welcome Andrew back to Gardner Denver. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having been involved in the industry for 30 years, and he returns to familiar territory after having previously worked for Gardner Denver’s CompAir brand over 10 years ago.

“Andrew will provide support to the company’s sales and distribution network for all brands across the UK and Ireland. Having started his working life as a distributor for Gardner Denver’s Hydrovane range, his understanding of the network makes him an ideal fit for the role.”
