HygroMatik, one of the world’s leading experts in humidification systems, has added a collection of step-by-step video guides to its website to explain the operating principles of its range of humidification equipment as well as to demonstrate installation and maintenance procedures.

“Humidfication is a technical issue,” sums up UK National Sales Manager Andie Chessun.  “We have always produced detailed technical manuals, but demonstrating how the products work and giving practical, visual guidance on common maintenance procedures is a huge help for contractors, specifiers and clients who may not deal with this type of equipment every day.”

A series of short videos illustrate each of the main product ranges: the electrode-based HyLine and CompactLine ranges as well as the immersion-based HeaterLine and HeaterCompact equipment.

The step-by-step demonstrations give installation advice and also guidance on common maintenance procedures that are easy to digest and to put into practical use.

“Many of the engineers who work with our products are hands-on practical people” continues Andie.  “A printed manual is fine, but the easily accessible format of the videos allows contractors to find out what they need to know quickly and they can, of course, be accessed from smart phones or tablets to give a quick refresh to an engineer working on site. This is also backed up with our dedicated Technical Hotline telephone service.”

All the videos can be access via the HygroMatik website at www.hygromatik.de.
