The goal at Marion Mixers is to eliminate the risk associated with purchasing industrial process equipment.  Marion Mixers is the only willing to make the following guarantee: “We guarantee our equipment will perform as specified or we will invest up to 20% of the original purchase price to make it right, states President”, Doug Grunder.

Marion Mixers follows a 6 Step Development Process for designing mixing equipment that is uniquely suited for each application.  Our design procedures have been proven successful in 1000’s of different customer applications.

Marion Mixers will provide to our customers of new equipment who participate in all six phases of the development process a Performance Guarantee Certificate. This document certifies Marion’s commitment to meeting or exceeding performance specifications such as:

·    Mix Quality and Consistency
·    Process Cycle Time
·    Production Capacity
·    Horse Power Utilization
·    Residual Clean-out

This guarantee is Marion Mixer’s written assurance that they have designed and built processing equipment that will perform to specifications. In the event a Performance Guarantee is requested and Marion Mixers is unable to commit due to concerns about the application, they will clearly identify and document all associated risks in their quotation.  “We would rather risk losing a sale than disappoint a customer with equipment that doesn”t meet expectations,” adds Grunder.
