Accurate calibration for critical equipment is an essential part of any service program to ensure optimised productivity and protect profits. Procon’s all-encompassing 24-7 total site capability ensures they can provide clients with complete and effective service, calibration and support packages tailored exactly to their needs.
The well established ForceCal allows the onsite calibration of silos and vessels ranging from 1 to 50 t and is currently being used to calibrate over 2000 vessels annually in the UK. The test rigs are certified for use in Zone 1 and 21 (Gases and Dusts) ATEX certified areas.
WeighCal services cover the calibration of weighing equipment from laboratory scales to weighbridges using traceable weights.
FlowCal offers a unique onsite service for flow meters using Procon’s mobile flow calibration rigs. This significantly reduces downtime by removing the need to send meters offsite for calibration.
Temp°Cal provides calibration for a wide range of temperature controllers, probes, ovens and chillers covering temperature ranges from -30°C up to 1200°C.
