Prosonic Flow B 200 – Biogas flow measurement without compromise

Endress+Hauser has a complete suite of instrumentation for biogas plants, where the monitoring of several process parameters such as fermentation temperature, gas pressure and the quantity of gas produced is required
around the clock. This includes the new Prosonic Flow B 200 – a unique ultrasonic flowmeter that not only provides the volume of biogas, but also measures the methane content of the gas in the pipe.

Thanks to innovative sensor technology, wet and dirty gases can now be measured with high accuracy even under greatly fluctuating process conditions such as the presence of free water. Measurements are independent of gas composition and are possible at very low gas pressures – a benefit no other flowmeter has achieved to date.
