Industrial dust and air filtration system manufacturer Dustcheck Limited have been awarded ‘Company of the Year’ at the 2016 Solids Handling Awards. Held on the 12th April at The National Space Centre in Leicester, the ceremony is organised by SHAPA (Solids Handling and Processing Association) and saw three business shortlisted for the prestigious award.
The company, based in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, have demonstrated growth in sales of 54% between 2011 – 2015 with a growth of 27% last year alone, making their nomination for the award strong from the outset. Investment in the team at Dustcheck has also meant an increase in staff of 30% in the last year.
Eight members of the team attended the black tie event and Sales Director, Pete Dawson had this to say:
“Every member of the fantastic Dustcheck Team has had an integral part to play in the success of our business. We’re so pleased to have been recognised with an industry award!”
Dustcheck’s investment in a new 347 square metre Stores, Assembly and Training Facility, with an increase of 50% to their manufacturing space, along with their commitment to the environment with the installation of solar panels at both of their sites, further supported Dustcheck’s nomination on the night.
