Process Control Valve
The AMOT GG valve has been specified as the new lubricating oil temperature control valve for the Siemens range of SGT-600/700/800 gas turbines.
The latest version of the classic type G temperature control valve, the GG matches the surrounding pipework sizes with no need for expensive pipe reducers. Its low weight, compact size and excellent control capabilities compared to other valve types is reported to have made it the natural choice for Siemens as part of their new lubricating oil skid designed in Finspong, Sweden.
The valve uses a pneumatic actuator, with a 20 mA control signal, and is ATEX approved. ‘Ruggedised’ actuators ensure enhanced reliability and there is also a choice of electric or electro-pneumatic control systems.
Giving rapid and accurate regulation of fluid temperatures, with flow rates up to 3000m³/hr, the G range valves are the ideal solution for a variety of temperature control applications.
The new GG valve was specified by AMOT Swedish distributor MechSure and supplied by AMOT distributor Delta Engineering in Italy to lubricating oil skid manufacturer Flenco.
