The Latest Member of the Freemantle Product Family

Listen to this article

The Box Erector Machine is one of the latest additions to the T Freemantle product family, as a direct result of customer demand for such machines.
T Freemantle understood their customers had a need for a simple to operate machine that was robust, reliable and could erect boxes automatically at variable speeds, so looked at how to achieve this whilst remaining true to the fundamental principles by which we operate.

After careful research and design phases, T Freemantle worked with their customers to create a machine that fully met their exacting needs.
This Box Erector Machine is new to us, but has already been well received by our customers and others in the industry, getting a warm reaction when showcased at the Foodex 2012 Show at the NEC in Birmingham in March of this year. So for now, the image below shows how the machine looks:

Main Features of the machine? The machine is made of entirely stainless steel construction, meaning it is suitable for any production environment and can be sited with the customer having complete knowledge that it will not corrode.

The machine has also been designed with a compact footprint in order to make sure that it takes up the least possible amount of valuable production space, thus allowing for siting near to other machinery where necessary.

Our Box Erector machine also features a quick & easy size change as to enable the customer to switch product lines with ease; something that our customers tell us is of paramount importance. This enables the machine to operate with a wide variety of box styles and material types, thus meaning that it truly can be a multi-tool of the packaging line.

Of course, as with all T Freemantle machines it is researched, designed, built and sold all from our UK site, meaning that customers can be confident of a quality and efficient service from a company that is local to them, compared to imports. Something that is becoming a rarity in the modern world, and we feel enables us to offer a better level of support throughout the commissioning of new machinery and throughout the life of it.
