Draeger has launched a state-of-the-art range of protective spectacles and goggles.  Joining Draeger’s extensive range of personal protective equipment (PPE), the new Draeger X-pect  8000 eyewear collection combines a stylish finish with optimum safety and maximum wearer comfort.  Ideal for use in industrial applications, the contemporary design, high quality performance and reasonable price makes them equally popular amongst trade and private users. 

Suitable for use with other forms of PPE such as ear defenders or respiratory protection, the range comprises different models to suit a wide variety of applications from grinding, machining and painting through to laboratory applications and working with gases, vapours or smoke.

Featuring anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings to ensure clear vision in even the most demanding situations, the Draeger X-pect 8000 Series offers the highest UV protection and the best optical class category for continuous work.  Ergonomically designed to provide both comfort and an unrestricted field of vision, these robust yet lightweight eye protectors also meet the requirements of EN 166:2001.
Cover Spectacles
Designed for use with prescription glasses, these strong, polycarbonate Cover Spectacles feature a universal nose bridge and a large mono lens for a wide field of vision.  They can also be fitted with a clip cord for fast, easy removal The Draeger X-pect 8110 benefits from lateral ventilation to prevent fogging on prescription glasses and a molded browguard for protection against droplets and splashes. 

The classic design of the Draeger X-pect 8120 features lateral protection, a browguard and an anti-scratch coating.  For added comfort and performance it also offers adjustable length at the temple and a temple pivoting system for angle adjustment.

Spectacles
The Draeger X-pect range of Spectacles features a curved, wrap-around design to ensure a large field of vision, optimum wearer comfort and effective lateral protection.  Benefiting from the strength and durability of 100% polycarbonate materials, these attractive spectacles also incorporate anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings. 

With a crystal clear finish and unisex design, the Draeger X-pect 8310 has a universal nose bridge and flat temples for a comfortable, secure fit, even when wearing hearing protection and/or helmets. 

Representing a new generation in safety eyewear, the Draeger X-pect 8320 offers increased wearer comfort, even in extreme working conditions.  Incorporating a soft nose bridge for a secure, comfortable fit in hot or cold environments, it also has flexible temples to ensure minimal pressure on the face.
Providing a new concept in safety eyewear, the Draeger X-pect 8330 combines the best in design with the latest in technology.  Easily adjusted to suit individual face shapes, it incorporates flexible, flat temples, a unique lens angle adjustment and an invisible lateral ratchet design.  Featuring soft temple tips for added comfort, it also has a molded browguard for optimum protection.  The inclusion of an innovative dielectric hinge also means that it is safe to wear in high voltage environments. 

Combining the style of leisure wear with the performance of high quality safety spectacles, the sporty Draeger X-pect 8340 is ideal for those who want to remain safe whilst making a clear, on-trend statement.  The striking blue frame and temple incorporate a discreet angle and length adjuster for perfect sizing, and the inclusion of soft temple tips and nosepiece ensure a secure, comfortable fit.

Goggles
The wrap-around design of the Draeger X-pect range of Goggles brings a perfect fit, a large field of vision and optimum protection to the wearer.  Wide straps, a soft nose pad and a temple pivoting system also make these goggles easy and comfortable to wear.  Ideal for use with or without prescription glasses, they feature a universal nose bridge and can be worn with respiratory masks and other forms of PPE.  Anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings combine with optional ventilation and the latest materials to give these goggles a clear advantage during the most arduous applications.

The soft, flexible PVC frame of the Draeger X-pect 8515 ensures the best possible fit.  A pivoting buckle allows easy headband adjustment and ensures minimal pressure on the face.

Trendy in design and high on performance levels, the Draeger X-pect 8520 heralds a new generation in safety goggles.  With integral shock absorption and an optimal curved frame to ensure a distortion free field of view, it features soft browguard components to provide protection against impact as well as dust and chemical splashes
