Honeywell have announced the launch of SLATE™ Integrated Combustion System designed to substantially simplify the engineering of combustion equipment controls in one, easy-to-program platform.
“We literally ‘wiped the slate clean’ to rethink combustion equipment management, trading complexity for simplicity, and we’ve redefined the industry with Honeywell SLATE,” said Beth Wozniak, president of Honeywell’s Environmental and Combustion Controls. “We’ve challenged the limits of what’s possible today with combustion equipment. By evolving configurable safety and programmable logic into one single, modular platform, we are making it simpler to offer differentiated combustion solutions more quickly, easily and cost effectively.”
The platform works across many applications including commercial and industrial boilers, make-up air, process heating, burner control, automotive paint booths, kilns and ovens.
