Since the acquisition of German based sanitary pump manufacturer Hilge, Andy has worked as a Technical Director for the Grundfos Industrial End User team, implementing a technical training programme, managing the integration of Hilge and providing sales and technical support to colleagues and customers alike.
When asked to comment on his new role, Andy said, “The Industrial End User team was established 18 months ago, targeting food, beverage and pharmaceutical and process engineering companies. Due to the quality and diversity of the Grundfos Industrial range we have gone from strength to strength in a short space of time. Grundfos are now recognised as a full line supplier of industrial pumps and pumping systems to the Industrial end user market. The range consists of end suction, vertical multistage, in-line, submersible, dosing, sanitary, centrifugal and rotary lobe pumps.”
