USA Tolerance Rings Relocates to New Building to Enhance Efficiency and Growth

Listen to this article

USA Tolerance Rings reaffirms its commitment to business through a move to a brand-new, larger building in New Jersey that provides long-term efficiency and expansion.

USA Tolerance Rings, a distributor and design partner of custom parts, has moved into a newly established plant in New Jersey. The relocation marks an important milestone in the development of the company and reflects its commitment to delivering top-quality design and manufacturing solutions effectively to clients across many industries.

Located on Lexington Avenue, just four miles away from its previous location, the new facility offers a modern floor plan designed to optimise operational efficiency for USA Tolerance Rings' engineering team. The building has expansion possibilities, additional machinery and greater storage capacity for products ready for shipping.

USA Tolerance Rings was founded in 1961 and is the only U.S. domestic manufacturer of tolerance rings. USA Tolerance Rings has continued to increase its presence in industries like oil and gas and is now further expanding into the consumer products market.

At a time when producers are contending with continuous global supply chain issues, USA Tolerance Rings has built a reputation for dependability. It has recorded a 100% on-time shipping record for the last five years.

The firm predicts demand for typical parts by producing tolerance rings ahead of shipping schedules and carries more than 60 cut sizes of 301 Stainless Steel as well as various sizes of exotic alloys in inventory.

The additional warehouse space the new facility brings means that USA Tolerance Rings can accept faster delivery to an expanding customer base, improve supply stability and improve shipping capacity.

Division Manager for USA Tolerance Rings Dan Robinson is thrilled to have the company call such a new place home:

We are thrilled to be based in the new building, having carried out the move without interrupting customer service. We are already seeing the benefits as we write the next chapter for the company. As we supply new customers, we see increasingly feasible design applications for the use of the flexible tolerance ring, from downhole drilling and pumping in oil and gas through to kitchen machinery and gym equipment,” says Dan.

With that established, it's time now to offer the correct setting to strengthen our operational capability today and prepare us to grow into the future. The new factory also allows for much-improved space in which our engineers have to operate. Our company culture is an entity we boast so we desired to ensure that the new plant would benefit both employees and company as well.”
