British technology firm IntelliAM, which focuses on the use of AI and machine learning in the manufacturing industry, has obtained its first US channel partnership with hardware innovator Connection Technology Center (CTC) as part of the firm's drive into overseas markets.
The collaboration will entail co-development of intelligent sensing solutions for US manufacturers, along with CTC's industry-standard sensors and IntelliAM's advanced AI platform. The result is a double-branded hardware solution that connects seamlessly into IntelliAM's system, giving real-time visibility into asset performance, reliability and predictive maintenance.
By filling strategic data gaps on the plant floor, the joint solution will offer more savvy asset management solutions to manufacturing and asset-intensive industries in the United States.
IntelliAM CEO Tom Clayton stated:
“This isn’t just a partnership, it’s a powerful alignment of two companies with shared ambition and complementary strengths.
“CTC is renowned for the quality and reliability of its hardware, and we’re excited to pair that with our AI-powered platform to deliver a solution that stands out in the market.
“This partnership represents a critical step forward in delivering our vision. By combining our AI-driven insights platform with dual-branded advanced sensory technology, we’re enabling a new level of data completeness and operational visibility for our customers.
“We’ve worked closely with the CTC team, and this agreement reflects our mutual confidence and shared focus on innovation. We’re proud to be bringing this new solution to the US industrial market at a time when the demand for actionable, real-time data has never been higher.”
The announcement follows IntelliAM inking its first US customer order with a leading food manufacturing company. The initial deployment will involve IntelliAM's platform being rolled out to three of the firm's most critical production sites, fueling the firm's expansion in the US and taking its global ambitions further.
CTC President and CEO Todd Cook had this to say:
“This agreement marks a major milestone in bringing our jointly developed technology to the US market. We are proud to support IntelliAM in delivering data-driven solutions that close the gap between physical assets and digital intelligence.
“Together, we are building tools that will help shape the future of industrial performance.”
Already used by a number of the world's largest manufacturers – including six of the world's top 12 food and drink makers – IntelliAM's artificial intelligence system analyses billions of data points to help maintain uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and get the most out of critical equipment.
