INNOVATION IN BULK SOLIDS HANDLING PROSPARE BRINGS NEW PRODUCTS TO THE INDUSTRY

Listen to this article

As an independent trading division of ConSpare Ltd, ProSpare has a clear focus on powder processing equipment. We have a dedicated approach to solving bulk solids handling problems using innovative new products from specialist manufacturers worldwide.

ProSpare has recently announced the introduction of two major new innovations to the UK market, BFM Connecting Sleeves and the Solimar Mini Disk Fluidiser. These two unique products add further variety to an already comprehensive product range which includes Level Control, Aeration, Filtration, Vibration, Abrasion Resistance and Screw Conveyors.

BFM Connecting Sleeves are a first for the UK market. This ingenious connection system will alleviate material build-up, leakage, premature failure and awkward replacement associated with traditional clamp banded sleeves. BFM is a tool free connection system which uses hygienic snap band technology to positively seal the sleeve into specially designed spigots in a matter of seconds. No more clamp bands!

The Solimar Mini Disk is a development from the original Solimar Fluidiser, measuring up at half the size of the standard disk. The new model allows unprecedented operation in previously inaccessible locations and applications, such as small hoppers, chutes and pipes. This exciting new development enables us to solve a much wider range of problems associated with material flow.
