Eriez Magnetics Europe Ltd has introduced their strongest Tube Magnet to date which is available immediately from stock.
Tube Magnets provide effective protection against fine iron and tramp contamination in dry or wet applications. With the new 15K-RE Tube Magnet having increased pulling power, processors can expect a positive impact on product purity and plant productivity.
The 15K-RE is made from permanent rare earth magnets which result in a maximum magnetic strength on its surface of over 15,00 Gauss. This is 25% stronger on Gauss than Eriez Xtreme™ magnets. The Tubes are of 316 stainless steel construction with a glass bead surface finish and tapped ends. Having tapped ends makes the Tube Magnets simple and easy to install into new and existing process lines and can be moved from one location to another with ease.
The 15K-RE Tube Magnet is the latest addition to Eriez’ already successful ProGrade range. Like the existing ProGrade Magnets this new super strength Tube Magnet is priced competitively and is available immediately from stock. Other items in the ProGrade range include Round and Square Grate Magnets, Grate In Housing, and The AKC (Automatic Kwik Clean Grate) which are designed to remove ferrous contamination in hoppers, chutes, floor openings and other areas where free flowing materials are present.
