ARI-Armaturen’s One-Stop-Shop philosophy combines delivery of high performance products with superior service plus a range of initiatives designed to assist, inform and educate customers.

A recent example is the publication of A Practical Guide to Steam and Condensate Engineering written by ARI specialist engineers to demonstrate possible solution strategies from steam generation through steam distribution to the extremely important management and return of condensate. Essential reading for process engineers and plantroom operators, it covers everything from basic concepts of heat engineering to boiler room and condensate management, and includes useful product selection information, steam tables and other technical data.

ARI has also recently introduced a new valve sizing software programme – MyValve. Available in disc format, the easy-to-use programme allows engineers to calculate flow co-efficients, flowrates and pressure drops and select the most appropriate valve for their application.

ARI’s new training facilities at the company’s UK headquarters in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire also offers a programme of customer training courses on specific products and applications.

In addition to investment in customer service and support, ARI has an on-going commitment to research and product development and 2009 saw the launch of several new products to add to the extensive range already available. Recent introductions include new generation FABA bellows-sealed valves, STEVI AS Y- pattern process valve and the Premio-Plus intelligent electric actuator.
