Merseyside based Colloids have recently taken delivery of a new Camspec 501 Spectrophotometer from Spectronic Camspec. Bob Thomas, Technical Director from Colloids told us the organisation was always looking at ways to improve its research and development capabilities:
“The addition of the Camspec M501 gives us the ability to detect and measure many of the additives and colorants used within our industry. The 501 is a single beam scanning UV-Vis Spectrophotometer with the benefit of an onboard LCD display. Camspec Spectrophotometers are in service with many of Europe’s leading universities and research labs, where their high performance optics and low cost consumables make them an instrument of choice.
