Fine bulk powders often cause flow and discharge problems through improperly designed silos, conveyors, hoppers and down spouts. The result is increased downtime, maintenance and loss of productivity.

The solution is Wysetech’s TransFlow fluidising media. TransFlow media has no moving parts, does not shake or vibrate, is virtually silent, does not wear off, is resistant to corrosion abrasion and temperature, is easily cleaned and requires no maintenance!
Wysetech’s TransFlow is a newly developed concept in the design of fluidisation media that solves numerous problems of handling, conveying and discharging sticky cohesive and difficult to handle bulk materials.
TransFlow is available as flow enhancing pads, transitions, downspouts, hoppers and as an integral part of the range of Wysetech’s TransFlow conveyors.
TransFlow fluidising Media is a permeable 316 stainless steel material with an ultra smooth surface. It can be formed into virtually any shape and when combined with special support baffles and air distribution manifolds can distribute air flow evenly across the fluidising surface.
Fluidisation media allows fine powders to fluidise evenly and flow dependably and, with no moving parts to service or replace, stainless steel fluidising media has a life span longer than any other flow aid.
Wysetech’s TransFlow range of conveyors can be used to condition, convey and accurately meter, fine cohesive and sticky powdered materials with poor flow characteristics.  This technology, along with the unique design features of these conveyors dramatically improves material flow accuracy and reliability in handling these types of materials
