RANGE OF REPLACEMENT COMPRESSED AIR FILTER ELEMENTS NOW EXTENDED

Listen to this article

The impressive range of 147,000 air filter element products from Hi-line Industries Ltd, claimed as economic alternatives to the more expensive replacement products offered by OEM’s, has now been extended. Drop-in optional elements for the Beko Clearpoint range (models S040 to M032) can now be supplied from stock in all filter grades. The Donaldson DF and Domnick Hunter Evolution ranges are also available manufactured to the same high technical quality.

These filter elements from Hi-line utilise energy efficient and binder-free borosilicate pleated filter media, combining energy efficiency with ultra-low differential pressures. They also provide improved separation rates with high dirt loading capacities and an extended service life. Clean-room production facilities ensure that there is no intrinsic particle release. The use of high quality stainless steel in these Hi-line products ensures that their pleated media filter elements are also particularly robust. Utilising their electronic filter element cross-reference database, the Hi-line internal sales team can quickly identify a competitively priced filter element replacement.
It is important that these essential air-line components are regularly replaced at recommended service deadlines to prevent potentially extensive damage to capital equipment and/or interruptions to production line outputs. The Hi-line ‘one-stop’ filtration service covers the supply of both original OEM filtration elements, as well as their own manufacture of highly-economic alternative cartridges wherever applicable. These latter items offer a drop-in fit for existing filter housings without modifications, offering at least equal performance, and in many cases a superior performance compared to the original manufacturers branded products.
Replacement filter elements can be supplied for a wide range of fluid applications including compressed air (coalescing, air drying and vacuum), hydraulics, water, grease, gas (using microfibre technology) and chemicals (absolute and semi-absolute). Special purpose filters can be supplied for compressors (filters, separators and intake) autoclave (venting), panel filters (reloadable filter frames), bag filters and filter baskets. The varying specialised filtration functions cover self-cleaning and backflushing, stainless steel filters and strainers as well as Duplex and Simplex strainers. Specialised media available includes activated carbon and HEPA filters, together with spun bond polypropylene and wound cartridges. Process filtration can be supplied for breweries, dairies, pharmaceutical and general manufacturing, together with sterile filters for medical, laboratory and dental applications.
