Re-designed glass base dilution recovery trap now has removable lid
Durapipe UK, the leading manufacturer and supplier of high performance pipework systems and products, has re-designed its 910G glass base dilution recovery trap which now incorporates a removable lid for easier access and maintenance.
Made from tough heat-resiliant borosilicate glass, it is highly resistant to all corrosive chemicals and its transparent properties allows for easy identification and recovery of valuable solids.
With a 4.5 litre capacity and 76mm trap seal, the 910G trap allows for collected solids to be quickly assessed and, where necessary, cleared before they can cause any damage to the system. It also allows the identification and recovery of valuable solids as well as being highly suited for use where under bench height is limited.
Des Dolan, brand manager at Durapipe, comments: “We updated the design of the Recovery Trap following feedback from our customers in the UK and our overseas markets who were looking for easier access and maintenance.”
“Being able to see the collected solids in the trap is much safer too – there’s no doubt it will be essential in schools, hospitals and research centres where health and safety is a key priority.”
Vulcathene has a proven track record for safe chemical drainage and has been installed in thousands of schools, hospitals, universities and research facilities across the UK and around the world for over 50 years.
The modified Vulcathene 910G Dilution Recovery Trap is available now to order.
