Control of Water Flow with IVL’s Fire Protection Valves

Listen to this article

IVL Flow Control, who can provide autonomous water control systems to calm networks and reduce leakages, has launched a new range of rugged Fire Protection Valves.

Automatic and hydraulically activated by pipeline pressure, the new Series 300 is designed for use in any water supply application, including the control of water flow for deluge and pre-action or foam-water type fire protection sprinkler systems.

These diaphragm-actuated, globe and angle pattern control valves comprise body, cover and diaphragm assembly – the latter being the only moving part.

Fast-opening and with a cushioned closure operation, IVL Flow Control’s Fire Protection Valves also benefit from pack-less construction and simplicity of design that provides long service life, reliable operation and very low maintenance.
