AC range of automatic lubrication pumps Achieves 100,000th Sale
Interlube Systems Ltd is proud to announce the 100,000th worldwide sale of its market-leading AC range of automatic lubrication pumps.
Launched in 2002, the UK-made range – most commonly fitted to minibuses, coaches, trucks, buses and trailers – is a compact, electrically-operated, multi-line lubrication system, with three reservoir sizes.
Crucially, the multi-line concept enables each bearing to be lubricated independently, and damage to one feed line does not render the system inoperable.
Interlube Sales Director Keith Horner says: “Our AC range is renowned worldwide and we are really excited to celebrate its 100,000th sale.
“As businesses strive to maximise investment returns, we are always moving forward by developing, manufacturing and designing new and innovative lubrication equipment with product ranges for most industries.”
Easy to operate and virtually maintenance free, the AC range is fully adjustable and will deliver precise lubrication whenever a vehicle is in motion.
The range serves a maximum of 60 points and is suitable for use with oil and grease up to NLGI grade 2. It features a multi-position timer with memory
In total, six colour-coded pumping units are available, with different stroke outputs to cater for varying output requirements, from 0.01cc to 0.1cc.
A comprehensive range of system accessories enables Interlube Systems to provide the complete lubrication package.
Interlube’s high quality and reliable products help to keep trucks, buses, trailers, cranes, quarries and heavy-duty production lines moving reliably 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Interlube Systems Ltd has been manufacturing lubrication equipment in the UK since 1922. The company was the subject of a management buy-out in 2000 and the US distribution business was bought from Invensys in 2002. MSP Distributors Limited and Filtakleen Manufacturing were acquired in 2007.
The company is a world leader in lubrication solutions and, with three facilities in Plymouth (UK), Asia and Dayton Ohio (USA), it offers a global service to its growing customer base.
