The HL-G1 series of Laser Measurement sensors from Panasonic Electric Works offer an intelligent, all-in-one laser displacement sensor solution for the most demanding measurement applications.
A state-of-the-art CMOS sensing method allows for high-precision measurement of objects normally deemed impossible for the conventional PSD method to achieve. For example, objects with non-reflective surfaces such as black rubber or metal surfaces with hairline cracks can now be sensed reliably and precisely with the HL-G series sensor.
The laser sensor’s lightweight body, with integrated processing and I/O, makes it suitable for mounting on moving parts in a machine eliminating the need to mount remote controllers, therefore saving space.
The sensors clear digital display indicates the displacement value, also allowing you to adjust settings on site using the operation buttons. Additionally by combining the unit with a Panasonic GT touch panel, you can check and/or modify the sensor settings remotely and display more detailed information of a single or combination of screens.
